I somewhat doubt a home kit and all the manufacturing/packing/delivering that goes into it is greener than the efficiency of mass farming.
Unless you can continue to grow the mushrooms after but the kit I used was fun but only lasted two harvests.

More or less than meat or importing out of season fruit/veg, or running a bitcoin miner, driving, flying?

Just to be annoying, mushroom farms use a lot of energy.
You can get home kits with seeds these days you can grown several types of shrooms on coffee grounds.
