• There is mounting evidence of a connection between vitamin D levels and coronavirus. HOWEVER the picture is very unclear and it seems fair to assume that a lot of recent headlines are exaggerated.     The other interesting thing discussed in the programme is how low relatively the R number is in London compared to the rest of the country, which is something I haven't heard discussed elsewhere, and what that might mean.

  • what did they conclude about the low R number in London? Telegraph has a front page headline today saying there are fewer than 50 new daily cases in London.
