There's the creatively-named cargobike from Sweden, and Christiana do a six-seater for daycare too.

We have a cargo bike that can take 4 kids. It’s probably the worst bike I’ve ridden. Weak frame so you spend half your energy bending it instead of going forwards. Components are shit throughout.

Will check the Christiania one!
