What's the current hybrid ebike of choice for just shy of 2k?

For a 16km each way commute, so rack and fenders.

Cheers. Those both seem very fashionable and the second one quite hipster. Are they actually good? Not quite what I had in mind, the 2nd anyway. More just a big standard hybrid.

Purpose is a 16km south to central london commute. By a normal person. Not a lycra warrior!
