My frustration is the 'salt in the wounds' of them cancelling ("sorry, we priced it wrongly" - wasn't an obvious 42.50 rather than £425 just about 10-15% better than UK price) on me because of their error and then the disappointment of losing £25 on top.Get that I'll have to suck it up - no issue (honest)

I have to send an item back to Switzerland for a warranty claim. The company have said this in the email containing return postage instructions:

Declaration of value: under 18€ / 15£They also recommened using a tracked/insured shipping method. The item is worth £250.
I thought it wasn't possible to insure an item for a value higher than the declared value on a customs form?

I believe this is something already discussed but I can't manage to find results (might not arrange the words as I should), for those riding both fixed and single speed, do you use the exact same gearing between both? Or is there a recommendation to go up/down when switching from one to the other?

Liquidation will stop the company doing business and employing people. It will be removed (‘struck off’) from the register at Companies House, which means it ceases to exist.
If they've taken your money and their bank hasn't bounced it back to you, your credit card company would probably have to contact the administrators.

Placed an order at flareclothingco.com on Sunday April 19th. There was apparently a sale on. Stripe receipt was in the name "RGMM Ltd". Order confirmation said my order was being processed...

I don't recall seeing one, but can't believe that for well over a decade of this forum there's hasn't been one.
I'll wait a bit to see if any elders or savvy search maestros can pinpoint one, and if not get one going.
Just had a look at all the forum headings, and cycle clothing only gets mentioned under classifieds. Wouldn't a cycling clothing and clobber forum be a good idea for all our not-for-sale cycling threads threads?

Good point. I suppose if the thing was priced in Euros, then you either have to pay in Euros from a Euro-demoniated account or bear the costs of converting your chosen currency into Euros and back again. The difference seems a lot though, even taking account of PayPal's less than competitive exchange rates.
