  • Good point. I suppose if the thing was priced in Euros, then you either have to pay in Euros from a Euro-demoniated account or bear the costs of converting your chosen currency into Euros and back again. The difference seems a lot though, even taking account of PayPal's less than competitive exchange rates.

  • About 7% in the space of 72 hrs!
    My frustration is the 'salt in the wounds' of them cancelling ("sorry, we priced it wrongly" - wasn't an obvious 42.50 rather than £425 just about 10-15% better than UK price) on me because of their error and then the disappointment of losing £25 on top.

    Get that I'll have to suck it up - no issue (honest)
