Anyone wanna check my math? 700x28 = diameter of 678, 650x38 = 660, 650x42 = 668.
So if I go from a 700x28 -> 650x38 the bike will be 9mm lower 678- 660 = 18/2= 9 and if I go to 42 the bike will be 5mm lower 678- 668= 10/2= 5
