  • I rediscovered an old favourite yesterday.

    Warm white pitta bread filled with salt and vinegar crisps (cheap Sainsbury's own, in this case).

    So good. So carbs. So nom.

    BITD, I’d dine on sliced white, Dairylea, M&S BBQ Beef & Onion crisps: That wasn’t your so-called ‘privilege’, it was about survival and getting all your food groups* (while you toiled for long unrewarding hours on a DATEC Graphic Design course; sweating over dogeared Letraset catalogues in the grant enlarge, struggling to lay down flat gouache, &c &c)
