Just copying. I just need to back my folders up on to the server, and get a few folders on to my machine.

I've used this and it works pretty well http://dimio.altervista.org/eng/#DSynchronize Has options for setting a timer or specific time or whatever. The only issue I had with it was I couldn't get it to run as a service, not an issue if you're not looking to synchronise whilst not logged on.
Otherwise I'd probably create a batch file using robocopy and schedule it using task scheduler https://www.techrepublic.com/article/how-to-quickly-back-up-just-your-data-in-windows-10-with-robocopys-multi-threaded-feature/
