I had the exact same thought when I first seen this bike. It's so nice. The blue Atlas crank is a nice touch. Still not found any for sale yet

Yeah, I wouldn't build it up anywhere near that bling! The 2016 one has the best paintjob it would seem and still has it all QR which would work out well with my existing wheels. The newer ones do get thru-axle and a bitter slacker geometry I think.

Are there many SS frames out there these days fit huge 2.8-3" rubber or are most people going custom or converting normal MTBs to SS?

Stooge Cycles will fit 2.6" rear and 3" front on a 29er and (I think) 3" on 650b. There'll be more options for b+
