Just noticed this thread. For what its worth, I have the very same frame on one of my bikes and i'd confirm that it is a wonderful ride. I have quite a few steel framed bikes including several great older frames (rotrax, jack taylor, masi) and a more modern pegoretti; and i would say that this bike is currently my fave ride. I've matched the frame with sram red and fulcrum 1 wheels so its still light and responsive and shod the wheels with vittoria corsa g2's (25c but they sit much wider and I would recommend them to anyone), and it just rolls forever and is so smooth its amazing (i had the same gear on a carbon wilier le roi before this frame and the ride was brutal on our crappy northern roads). Anyway whoever bought this has got a really top-end frame so nice one.
