Isn't this the same MB?
Don't think there should be an issue with the board, it's whether the case will accomodate them. From the photos a few pages back it looks like the cooling would get in the way of a second card.

The thing is my GPU card(s) are 38mm wide (yours is 42mm I think) and the watercooling pipes run from the top of the cards which is why I'm thinking it might work. I'll have a think :)

Pic of the remaining PCIe slots. Note that one is 16x the other is 8x.
Don't think there's enough room in the 16x to allow for another card without fouling the fans of the existing one. Also probably not enough room between the additional card and case to include the water cooling pipes.
You'd only be able to fit the card you have in by removing the existing card.
