I find it incredible that there have been no deaths in Vietnam. I do not believe it.
You could argue that relatively poor countries without significant amounts of international travel are likely to be less impacted but then you look at the stats and see that it doesn't seem to work like that. Is there a source with more localised data (i.e. where in countries people die)?
That said, I also don't believe there have been zero deaths.
