He lives in Ho Chi Min City, some ex-pat pals had a St Paddy’s day party and one tool put it on social media. Police came and arrested those they could, put out a warning that if anyone else who was there didn’t come forward they would find them and jail them for a year. They were all traced, jailed for a week, fined and threatened with deportation. That’s how you do it. Over here we had a Police community support office assaulted after trying to get people to distance properly in a park. In Vietnam they’d have been shot.
