  • The bearings are pressed into cups which are pressed into the frame’s headtube. If you need to replace them, don’t worry about the bearings themselves, they’ll probably not be removable from the cups. You need to knock those silver cups out of the headtube (there’s a tool for this) and replace them.
    Probably with a traditional headset, it may help to search for EC34 (EC being External Cup and 34 being the inner diameter of the headtube) assuming the steerer tube on the fork is 28.6mm which it looks like it is.
