165 track cranks with BB / quill stem with risers

Looking for 650c front wheel and some 165 track cranks[no chain ring just arms] with BB.
Nothing to fancy just something to make the job done.

Front wheel seems like sorted.
Still looking for the cranksets. Forgot to mention, looking for something with 144bcd [andel, zenith or similar].

Also on look out for some quill stem [110-120 length and wider riser bars to go with it.
