It is also quite sparkly, but on first glance just a dark blue.

@Lolo yes, the thin tubes steel forks and modern geo made me buy it.
Forgot to say thanks to @dglshrn, it is a great ride!

And heel rub seems to be a feature of budget black cranks. Even makes me think about heli tape.
