Great to hear that you've levelled up your manualing - and thanks for the advice.
I've been Zwifting and running since my last update on my own manual progress as I've got (what I think to be, can't go to the Dr for obvious reasons) something similar too tendinitis in my elbow, and when I throw my weight back to bring the bars up it hurts like hell.
Still hurts now, but actions such as picking up the kettle are much less painful, so hopefully it'll be fixed soon, although it is taking it's time about this.
In Pace news, they can fit a 2021 150mm Lyrik for an additional £130, which I've asked them to do.
