the bbc used kraftwerk tunes over some of their tv programmes back in the 70's, i remember one kids tv drama about some gymnasts that had a well before techno, techno tune over the opening and finishing credits , it sounded amazing as i hadn't heard too much electronic music at that point in my life, i never knew what it was till i heard autobahn in the 2000's it was the 2nd part of the 1st track on the album, still sends a chill down my spine when i hear it
