kitchen aid heavy duty 4.8l stand mixer. nisbets had it for 1/3 off
it was swayed by the ability to add the mockmill stone grain grinder which will be really useful for bread making, plus perhaps the pasta attachment, meat grinder and sausage stuffer over time
and it fits perfectly on my larder shelves

Used the new stand mixer today. Decided to make something simple as my first bit of caking.
