Depends entirely how they’re applied really. The decals on my Burls frames were just self adhesive and came unstuck when I had to give the bike some vigorous cleaning!
I actually prefer the look without them now.
Can you post a photo or two? Unless they’re sealed under lacquer there should be a way to get them off....
