Lawd no. Out of corriander powder, celery salt, sate spice and a load of other obscure spices from random cooking phases. Just restocked on Yellow Bird sauces and dried chilies. I am good.

Out of corriander powder
"Bored in quarantine" is the time to get the seeds, toast them and grind them to powder. Works well with coriander, awesome for cumin.

Caputo blue 00 pizza flour - any good for fresh pasta? I’ve heard mixing it 50/50 with normal flour is the way to do it but wouldn’t mind a second opinion before I commit to a 25kg sack

I'd either go for a nice pie (Leek/mushroom/cabbage etc)
Kimchi Jiggae - often spam or shoulder used.
You could cut into think slices, bread it and fry with a katsu sauce. -

Aye, recipe said 7 but didn’t work out so a bit extra didn’t seem to hurt. It worked out good... real good
With home baked sourdough, homemade pickles, mustard and fresh horseradish sauce, it was seriously up there in my sandwich hall of fame.

kitchen aid heavy duty 4.8l stand mixer. nisbets had it for 1/3 off
it was swayed by the ability to add the mockmill stone grain grinder which will be really useful for bread making, plus perhaps the pasta attachment, meat grinder and sausage stuffer over time
and it fits perfectly on my larder shelves
