Thomson layback with Flite at the end of its rails is confusing, inline would provide same position

a new flite pushed all the way forward on a layback is still further back than a flite pushed all the way back on an inline

That's not true, thomson seatpost only have 16mm layback and the flight have at least 4,5 cm rails adjustment so you can have the same position with an inline seatpost
