Tried putting less air in? Jokes aside, it's probably the port that's blocked on the air spring side its a common fault with Rockshox. It's what happened to my revelation.
Bike looks nice BTW.

Thanks, I'll strip the air spring down and give it a good clean. Hopefully it'll fix it.

They're fucked. Even my 100 kg fat arse can't get more than 80mm of travel out of them.
I've taken the damper out and there's a crack in the plastic oil port ring.
I don't want to bin them so if anyone wants a semi functional 100mm boost Rebas for spares or repair they're free to collect from Tooting.

Exceptional gravel bike, very happy with it so far.
Think the rebas are broken. They've been making a cling sound on rebound at the top. I did full service and they still do that. They don't go through full travel either.
