  • Waiting for a new crankset

  • very nice, what crankset?

  • New cranks went onto the Vig yesterday, it's looking much better than a year ago.

  • Very nice, it indeed looks much better.

I added Miche Primato Advanced crankset with some Izumi Jet chains. Can't be seen so clearly in the picture, but the golden chainlinks match up with Cinelli decals.

  • Not a major update, just threw some clips and straps on the Mash. Need to replace the cloth tape seeing as some of that grub is also blood.

Rat Bikes are still cool yeah?

  • Slammed the stem on the ac-1 and switched the -10 for a -6.
Planning on building a Mash Steel for some tracklocross soonish.

  • hhsb tastic.

    and the best colourway obvs.

  • where in NZ did you ride? I live Christchurch! NZ would be chill to bike pack! me and the boys wanna do whole of NZ trip!

  • LOVE THIS RIG!!! go the frame pump!

  • I rode from Ashburton to Clyde (via Arundel, Geraldine, Fairlie, Tekapo, Twizel, Omarama, Tarras). The first photo is at the top of the Lindis Pass. Spent two nights at free campsites (near Tekapo at Pattersons Ponds and at a DOC campsite just before Omarama). If you are thinking of using DOC managed campsites (many are free and require no booking) and/or freedom (wild) camping, then I recommend using this map to help you plan. Freedom camping is legal on most of the areas identified on the map as "public conservation land". The map allows you to highlight the areas where it is prohibited/restricted.

  • I cant stop chainging parts on this bike but this is what it looks like now

  • Very nice in full black, in my opinion. What are those wheels please ?

  • There a just blb hubs och h+sons sl42 rims

  • So probably going to be treating myself to the steel vig. Looking to be a do it all fixed gear.

Is there anything I should bear in mind when putting this together? SRAM omi's and some H plus son wheels are on order.

I'm torn between risers, drops or bullhorns at the moment.

  • Risers for do it all. Drops if wanna do it all fast.

Bullhorns if you wanna be ostracised.

  • Bulls and Extensions if u wanna b exorcised. 😎

  • No issues with popping out of those pedals @DragunovCZ1? Always been nervous of using Atacs/SPDs so stuck with SL's tightened right up but maybe I'm being overly cautious...

  • Gotta admit this does look fun.

  • Duly noted!

Excited to say I've ordered almost everything. I'd lusted after the vig after seeing the blue and white colourway while cycling across Europe 10+ years ago. Finally got around to buying my own...
