You mentioned tyre clearance and having to deflate the front tyre to get it between the front V-brake... How is it functioning? All good? I have similar clearance, currently have 2.25's on with a V-brake at the front and wondering how they're going to function with such wide tyres. Any problems? Love the colour of that HardRock.

Tyre clearance on these old specialized frames is generous, you could run 2.3" easily. Maybe even bigger at the back if running singlespeed. Only issue is I need to deflate the front tyre to get the wheel through the v brakes...
