• Hi There,

Have this wee beauty for sale, I'm not sure if its a good idea for me since I'll most likely regret it afterwards ........ but here goes!

Used but in superb condition, other than a tire rub on the non-drive side chain stays due to loose skewer (me -damn amateur), just paint as can see from photo.

It's obviously the "new" Arabesque rather than the ones built in the 80's, I'm the second owner, but the chap had it before me rode it no less than 500km, I've put about 700km on it myself if that. So, the conditions reflects that.
Bought by me Jan 2019, rode last summer in dry weather only!

Size 53cm Traditional geometry, plenty of fork steerer left, approx. 195mm, so lots to play with. I'm 170cm short & fits me well personally!
It's for 1'' threadless headset & stem fit, NOT QUILL!

Not sure if I missed anything, but if anyone has any questions, fire away!

I'm looking for £1,200 NET (Frame + Fork only) to me plus whatever postage, I'm base in Central belt of Scotland.

If I get the asking price, I'll include the Chorus headset (new when I built it up) otherwise I'll take it off before posting!

It is a fantastic looking machine & ride like all steel Colnagos :-)
Here is a link to my build thread on WW :-) (is this allowed)

Believe it or not, I'm looking to sell this to buy a BROMPTON, my friend said I'm stupid :-)

    Thanks for looking!

  • He mentioned 170 cm short 😀

  • Oh to small for my mate. Shame lovely frame .I missed the Arabesques all sold out and bought the master instead a year later.

  • Shame for me too as if it was 55 I would be tempted myself. Lovely frame and colour is class too as not shouting looked at me. Like an old aristo gents in their clapped up Land Rovers round here in Eton 🙂

my friend said I'm stupid :-)

    He's got a point

  • Don’t be selling this

  • Hi all, thanks for all the kind words regarding the frame!

I know I’m stupid to do it, but such is life ...... too many bikes, not enough room!

For information, my bike in the picture is set up 705mm, centre of crank to TOP of saddle!

    Hope that helps!

    Cheers

  • Lovely too small for me
    But GLWS

  • I would love to add this to my Colnago collection. Would you have any interest in a swap for a Colnago Cristallo size 50 sloping complete bike?

  • Hi SimonR92,

Thank you for the offer, as tempting as it sounds, unfortunately I'm looking to sell, rather than swop, sorry!

    Best wishes

    Cheers

  • No worries at all, if I can free up a few things myself and you still have this I will get back to you but right now I'm broke after a recent purchase last week 💰🚲♣️

  • That sounds like a plan, good luck with your "...... free up" Cheers :-)

  • PM replied! Thanks
