  • The guy I am building the bike for has done all his geometry drawing himself. Makes it pretty easy to work with.

  • Makes sense though, in that it is adjusted for the final position of the rider once the stem is fitted. I have a spreadsheet somewhere across bikes i have owned that adjust stack and reach taking into account spacers, stem length and angle.

    As that’s ultimately the contact point for your hands it seemed logical somehow to use it in the drawing. But sure, it’s more of a bike fit measurement than one used for frame building.
