Unless you have separate bathrooms and kitchens too, it's likely a pointless effort.
There was some GP early on on the telly saying she and her husband has self isolated at home. From I could gather they were in separate wings of whatever mansion they were living in. Telling others it was easy to do.

Not sure if this is the best place to ask, but...
We think my OH may have C19, is there any point in trying to isolate me and mini-H in the house from them?
We have a spare room I could sleep in, but in-house isolation seems so impractical and it's likely they caught it on Thursday, so I can't help feeling if we're going to get it the damage is already done.
