Why would anybody want such a thing? Centerlock is just a thing Shimano invented because their hubs would otherwise last too long and they wouldn't be able to keep selling you new ones.
If you want fixed and a rear disc brake, which might well be a thing worth having, then a 6-bolt attachment on both sides would be a very fine thing to have. Unfortunately, there are about three people who want one, so it's never going to happen*
*unless I get rich enough to get a custom frame and fork for the TTTrackdem, in which case there will be 6-bolt-both-sides hubs at both ends.
