Speak to Racewear Direct. Even if they don't have one on sale, they may knock something up for you. I needed a light mount compatible with a gopro mount and they made one for me. Not that it'd be much cheaper.
What I did to bar mount a phone was get a cheap Garmin mount (the male side), dremel the excess off, glue it to a phone case then use a standard garmin mount on the bike.
