People have been making pizza with plain flour for centuries! It might be different but doesn't mean it can't be good pizza.

You know there are parts of the world where you just can't get any of the fancy pants super special flour, and believe it or not I have catered a couple hundred pizzas made from cheap as chips standard plain flour cooked in a wood fired oven that was so big you could have shoved a cow in (needing one hell of a fire, hours before) out in the boonies on an island and it was amongst the best pizzas I have ever made.

Seriously though has anyone got a tried and tested passable recipe with plain flour as I have loads of that but cant get any bread flour at the min .
Want to try a deepish pan style in a cast iron.
