Yes... it is :)
I can say that the user uses Hotmail, and does receive notifications... so you're not going to do better than having PM'd him on here and waiting.

True, I hadn't though of that. That's a possible explanation and he could have only posted publicly on the forum once and sent the rest of the almost 200 posts as DMs.
@Velocio is that the case here?
