I think mentally drained and very sleepy is part of the Corona crap.
Managed 200 miles during April. A very strong first half of the month and then things dropped off a bit.
I've started doing some strength and conditioning work for the first time ever. I can really feel it when running the day after. Hopefully it will pay off in the long run.
My watch has also gone missing. In the house. Can't find it anywhere.
I’ve been feeling shit so been only doing yoga for a week. Feel less shit let’s see how the rest has translated to form.
