  • Yeah, I've got zero interest in burpees. My turbo training is hard to complete at the best of times so I don't do anything else with my legs.
    Pushups, tricep dips, planks and some stretching are the only thing I'll add on top. I stopped doing the random work exercises and the skipping also never got a second look in. Crossfit, I will not be.

  • Definitely good all body exercise. Legs definitely feel fatigued and less able on the bike.
    HR graph is pleasing to look at.

    Going to focus more on the turbo next month, so maybe more of an upper body month? 100 chin-ups a day?

  • Oh, I found I can do chin ups on the steps of the place above but I can only do 2-3 because the concrete edge tears my hands to shreds. I was thinking about getting the gloves on and doing proper sets but it's not high on my list of things to do. Smashing fuckers on bikes is way better than prancing around kissing biceps.
