  • 3000 burpees? Completed it mate.

    200 burpee time trial today, 17:54.
    10 reps x 14, 15 reps x 2, 30 reps x 1, 30 second rests.

    Now completely fucking drained...

  • Yeah, I've got zero interest in burpees. My turbo training is hard to complete at the best of times so I don't do anything else with my legs.
    Pushups, tricep dips, planks and some stretching are the only thing I'll add on top. I stopped doing the random work exercises and the skipping also never got a second look in. Crossfit, I will not be.

  • Definitely good all body exercise. Legs definitely feel fatigued and less able on the bike.
    HR graph is pleasing to look at.

    Going to focus more on the turbo next month, so maybe more of an upper body month? 100 chin-ups a day?
