I guess the tricky thing these days is the lightweight classes are a bit absent. Back when I was racing SS400 and GP125 were big and bikes were relatively cheap and available. I used to save a fortune on tyres compared to my mates on 600s. I loved the 125s - genuinely nothing faster into a corner, you could brake SO late.
Did that little KTM 400 class take off? I reckon that would be a total gas.....
