Is that the first day of 100 pushups? Does seem a bit of a steep jump from day one though.
For me, 200 burpees left tomorrow, 4th day of 200 per day.

On top of the pressups and leg blasters, and egged on by my gymnastics obsessed daughter, I'm going to use lockdown to learn how to do handstands properly.

I tend to do mine straight after turbo so I'm usually fucked when I start which doesn't help.
Also I found that even a couple of minutes is not enough rest. Maybe because I'm still fighting for air from the bike or maybe simply because my arms have no endurance compared to my legs. But anyway really struggled with the 20 then 25s but then stuck in like 5-10min rest and the later sets (15 15 25) were much easier. -

10 reps x 14, 15 reps x 2, 30 reps x 1, 30 second rests.Now completely fucking drained...
When I was on uni exchange in bumfuck nowhere in Finland I used to do either 500 press-ups or 200 chin-ups a night, just to keep me sane. I was horrendously skint and the internet only worked if I put my laptop in the cupboard.
Fun times.
