Nice! I imagine with the lighter bikes the average joe is more likely to use what it's got to offer as opposed to a modern litre bike too. Definitely a fan of hustling newer/bigger bikes on something old than the other way around.

Sweet Jesus that SRAD passes you by till you look a bit closer. That's got some serious goodies attached. Been on the Thundersport website to look at the classes and requirements. Getting a license doesn't seem to be that expensive, but I reckon pointless without some track miles under the belt.
Tricky part is, what you gonna enter with!@Jung Yeah man, I love me some lightweight shindiggery. The CB500 cup looks well tempting for some gooning. Shame the bikes are starting to become rare and expensive.
We should do it how they do in SE Asia. Small, bored out capacity and let 'em rip.Bikes look pretty zingy too.

I raced with New Era and BMCRC and it was damn expensive even 20 years ago. I used to pick the nearest rounds at my favourite tracks, so mostly Brands, Mallory, Caldwell and Snett. If you’re racing a street bike class and don’t get into tuning the biggest expenses will be Tyres and crash damage. Definitely lighter bikes are the way to go.
I love the golden era superbikes stuff. SRAD all the way, though might be fun playing Scotty Russell on a ZXR.
