What definition of facism are you working with?
Is this an ok starting point -
often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.

Try reading exactly what was said...that might help you out there
But also - if people are willing to argue the current tories aren't fascist/fascistic then can we at least have some evidence/argument against? Rather than just stating that they're not and leaving it there.
