Needs bar-ends for climbing. Then win?

Yo Dawg, I herd you liked bikes.
So we put a handle bar on yo handle bar so you can steer when you steer. -

I've seen stags with a worse trophy than that. I'd find it hard not to whack the guy on the head and the cut off stem and bar to nail them to the wall.

That's one of the more retarded ideas I've ever seen. Reading the article only confirms his twattishness.

those dont look to be that good really, but i am quite taken by these cinelli Spinaci bars:
they are UCI illegal, but im not too bothered seeing as im not going to race on them. i reckon that extra aero position would be really good to have, and the best comprismise for a road bike setup.

what's wrong with just keeping things simple- thank god i'm not the only one thinking that unless you're racing in a velodrome this just looks ridiculous!

becuase i want to go faster and expend less energy. my 45mile ride to see my lady would benefit from a more aero position.

Not too worried about shaving seconds, but a way to help take the weight off your wrists and to get out of the wind a bit, would be welcome on longer rides.

Aaah I love the smell of a good 11yr old thread dredge in the morning.
I came across this web page which might be of interest to some people. It is an idea for some handlebars which allow you to use them both normally and with time trial bars without adjusting the height of your stem.
