  • Too much boozing and not enough burpees, need to get back on them tomorrow afternoon!

  • Did 200 burpees, 100 before lunch, 100 before dinner.
    10x7, 2x15, 9m each.

    600 left to go, 3 days left!

    My shoulder is aching a bit, I think because of tight pecs, going to do some yoga and crying on top of a foam roller tonight...
