Our company are considering three days at home, two days in the office post lockdown for all staff, the saving on office space will be significant.
And we won’t be putting people back into our city of London office when the lockdown is eased even if we can, it makes no sense exposing employees to commuter trains and tubes if there’s no need to.
I suppose the question is why are you trying to get people back into the office? Where I work one of the most tricky bits with working from home is new starters and the induction and on the job training which is more of an issue with junior staff.
