I have a sneaking suspicion that it was done on the turbo. I have the laptop and phone on the bed to my right and I was definitely typing messages about a work thing that was going down while I was doing intervals at lunch one day last week. Twisting way over to the right combined with fairly high power is probably a recipe for hamstring damage.
You probably pulled in in the rare occasion that you got off your arse.
Kinda like a 1 rep max deadlift am I right?
