How do you find it? Am in Cambridge and found that the straight water that came out of it didn't taste that great, everything tasted under extracted, acidic, very sour. I've since been cutting it with a bit of tap water (maybe 20%?) and it tastes a bit better I think?
I live alone so don't have to deal with any comments about how I'm an insufferable twat mixing water.
In other news, my BWT magnesium water filter just arrived. Managed to score a new one for £10 on ebay. I've likely been a fool using SW London tap water for years so expecting tomorrows brew to be the best ever....will report back.
