Banged out another (very slow), half today to get my weekly mileage over 20 miles. I'd been waiting to do a reasonable 10km effort for the club strava relays, but the guy before me still hasn't run.
It feels great to be getting out again, but it's hard trying to rebuild a base and being so slow. I took a look down memory lane via strava and it just made me realise how unfit and slow I am.
