Does anyone know what the plant is that there's loads of?
That's some sedum type succulent, "cremnosedum" I believe, that you have there.

My succulents have been severely neglected for a couple of years. Time for some repotting. Does anyone know what the plant is that there's loads of? It originally came just one stem in a pot and got knocked off the windowsill and since then they've just been multiplying. I'd assumed originally they're meant to go up, but actually they seem to branch and spread out - like the two attached pics. They aren't meant to be yellowy brown that's them suffering from too much heat and not enough food I think. I'd love to know what they are supposed to look like and what their natural environment is.
