I can't preach, I've done nearly 35 miles on the MTB trails one my BMX with my kids in the last six days
That's a bit different though, the road track (for me at least) involves overtaking rather a lot of people normally and it seems hard to maintain effective social distancing while using it.
Not saying I'm fast btw, just that there's often slower road riders using it.

Yes, loads of cones and barriers too, and I have even seen a member of staff walking around it to get a rider off it.
