Got a few bits from bolpol, mainly the jewellers rouge to polish some scratches out of car glass and the smurf poo is brilliant to remove scratches from stainless steel trim.
Then the faracle compounds to bring the stainless to a perfect finish.
Never thought to use it on a knife, just used the honing fluids for tools as it was cheaper from the tool shop. Suppose it is the same as sewing machine light oil, a litre costs a similar amount to 50ml bottles.
Not exactly a dramatic transformation but this is now slightly less dirty, significantly less gunky, folds a fair bit more smoothly and is a lot sharper.
