If you have an Organic grocers they would be my first place to check.

Or an Italian deli or wholesaler

I'll do another google / map search. I know of one Italian deli over in Fulham, but I'm pretty sure they at least didn't visibly sell any flour (last went before the pandemic though, so wasn't looking out for it as much).

Pop over to the bread thread. There’s a couple of folks who get bulk bags and are willing to split.

My local wholesaler does 16kg bags and we get a couple and split between a few local neighbours.
